How can I track my order?

Will there be shipping delays?

When will I receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment within the United States. International orders generally arrive within 1–3 weeks after shipment. Custom orders, floral arrangements, event décor, and honey reservations may require additional processing time.



 What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, most sales are final. Unopened honey jars may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Custom orders, deposits, and final sale items are non-refundable.

Deposits allow us to begin planning, sourcing supplies, reserving materials, and preparing your custom order. Because many items are handmade and personalized, deposits help secure your place in our production schedule.

 Are honey batches limited?
Yes. Our honey is harvested in small batches, and availability may vary throughout the year. Once a batch sells out, customers may join the Honey Reservation List to reserve jars from future harvests.



Why is your honey darker than other honey?
Our honey is naturally darker because the bees forage from orange orchards and seasonal flowers that produce richer nectar. Darker honey is often known for its bold flavor, rich color, and naturally occurring antioxidants. No added sugars, artificial ingredients, or unnecessary additives—just pure honey from nature.



 Where is your honey sourced from?
Our honey comes from trusted local beekeepers whose bees forage among orange orchards and seasonal blooms. Each batch is harvested in small quantities and prepared with care.





Is your honey raw and unpasteurized?
Yes. Our honey is 100% raw and unpasteurized. It is never heavily processed and is carefully prepared to preserve its natural qualities.




 Is your honey organic?
Our honey contains no added sugars, artificial ingredients, preservatives, or unnecessary additives. Please contact us if you have specific questions regarding our honey production practices.




 Does honey expire?
Pure honey has an extremely long shelf life when stored properly. Over time, honey may naturally crystallize or become thicker. This is completely normal and does not mean the honey has gone bad.




How should I store my honey?
Store honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly sealed when not in use. Do not refrigerate honey, as refrigeration may cause crystallization more quickly.




What happens if honey sells out?
Honey is available in limited batches. If a batch is sold out, we recommend joining our Honey Reservation List to secure your place for future harvests. Customers on the reservation list are often notified before new batches become publicly available.




Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We proudly serve customers in both English and Spanish.
